Plot Synopsis

Created and executive produced by Dave Malkoff, SIDE HUSTLE is a half-hour buddy comedy series that centers on best friends, Lex and Presley, who have to create a business -- fast -- after accidentally setting their principal's boat on fire. Lex, Presley, and their quirky friend Munchy find themselves in a sticky situation and must devise creative ways to earn money to pay for the damages. The best friends enlist the help of Presley's tech-savvy younger brother, Fisher, to create an app called "Kid-DING" to connect with people looking for help with small jobs. With Munchy's bossy older brother Jaget making sure they keep up with the payments, the three friends must do any jobs that come their way -- no matter how crazy or embarrassing they are -- including working as human mannequins or testing vitamins that make kids like vegetables.

Season 2 of SIDE HUSTLE premiered on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 8pm ET/PT on Nickelodeon. I the season opener, "Model Employees," Lex, Presley and Munchy get hired as models during the town's big fashion week. Assuming that they were hired to be in the fashion show itself, they soon learn that the job is actually to be toy model builders and not the runway models like they thought. Disappointed by the job they were hired to do, the kids must figure out a way to get into the real fashion show.

On Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 7:30pm ET/PT, Nickelodeon premiered "Yesley Day," the Season 2 finale of SIDE HUSTLE. Lex, Presley, and Munchy breakout of Jaget's lockdown to celebrate Yesley Day! Presley's day of fun stops when they get stuck at Coaster World. Can the kids make it home before Jaget makes his rounds or will they receive further sentencing?
