Plot Synopsis

Comedian Sinbad, whose real name is David Adkins, reunites with his wife and two semi-grown kids, and once again takes on the role of husband, father and working man as he makes a career move back to his passion of stand-up comedy. Sinbad may have hit financial rock bottom when he filed for bankruptcy in December 2009, but after getting rid of his 30-person entourage and firing his manager, he moves back in with his wife Meredith and two kids, Royce and Paige, after losing his house to the IRS. According to Sinbad, the series puts "the focus on the family life. They didn't follow me on the road."
