Plot Synopsis

Shot on location in Chicago, IL, this half-hour comedy follows the ridiculous antics of three EMTs, who can handle any life-threatening situation that winds up in their ambulance but struggle in their personal lives. Good looking and sports-loving Johnny leads the crew, featuring his longtime best friend, Hank, and an impressionable new recruit, Brian. Plus, Johnny's ex-girlfriend Theresa, a cop with the Chicago P.D., joins the group, while finding herself in love purgatory with her ex. Season 1 guest stars include Jean Smart, Loretta Devine, Bill Nunn, Lenny Clarke, Nora Dunn and John Scurti. SIRENS returned for its second season on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at 10pm ET/PT on USA Network with two back-to-back episodes. The season reunites Chicago's best EMTs Johnny, Hank and Brian, as they navigate their way through professional and personal drama. Together the comedy-trio discusses and debates its way through life issues, including chance versus coincidence, white knights versus nightingales and strippers versus magicians. Guest stars appearing in the 13-episode season include Lenny Clarke, Nora Dunn, Loretta Devine, John Scurti, Steve Schirripa, Jonathan Sadowski, Nikki DeLoach, Aya Cash, WWE Superstar Mike 'The Miz' Mizanin, Brian Doyle Murray, Wayne Knight and Andy Kindler.
