Plot Synopsis

Hosted by Vanessa Hill, each episode of SLEEPING WITH FRIENDS features two YouTube Creators going head to head to see who can improve their sleep the most, as expert judges determine who slept best and use science to tell viewers why. In the series premiere, "Fixing Your Sleep," Greg Brown and Melissa Maribel compete to see who's the deeper sleeper, as judged by Dr. Ali Mattu, Trace Dominguez, and Kati Morton. SLEEPING WITH FRIENDS premiered on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at 1pm ET/10am PT, as YouTube released all three episodes.
