Plot Synopsis

SPECIES OF MASS DESTRUCTION documents invasive species that have been set free outside their native environment -- often with no predator -- and are now rapidly spreading and damaging biodiversity. Each one-hour episode features a different animal, such as giant crabs, lionfish, fire ants, and tree-eating moths.
