Host Elvis Costello draws on his reputation in the music industry to attract legendary performers and promising new artists for one-on-one interviews, unprecedented pairings, group discussions and musical performances -- including a few impromptu illustrative moments. Executive produced by Sir Elton John. Season 1 included appearances by Elton John, Lou Reed, James Taylor, Tony Bennett, The Police, Rufus Wainwright, Herbie Hancock and many others. Season 2 features Bono, The Edge, Bruce Springsteen, Sheryl Crow, Lyle Lovett, John Prine, Ron Sexsmith, Neko Case, Jesse Winchester, Ray LaMontagne, Nick Lowe, Levon Helm, Richard Thompson, Allen Toussaint and more.
