Plot Synopsis

MARVEL'S SPIDER-MAN is a half-hour animated series that takes a fresh perspective on Spider-Man, as Peter Parker is learning the responsibility that comes along with being a new, superpowered hero in New York City -- just as he's being accepted into Horizon High, a high school for brilliant young scientific minds. He struggles with the duality of his social life at school and hiding his secret identity from everyone including his best friend Harry Osborn, who attends the competing Osborn Academy for geniuses. As Peter embraces his alter-ego and takes on super villains such as Vulture, Lizard, Doctor Octopus and Sandman, he watches his hero lifestyle come between his personal relationships and struggles to keep Harry from landing on the wrong side of the law. Disney XD premiered MARVEL'S SPIDER-MAN on Saturday, August 19, 2017 from 7-8am ET/PT. In the one-hour series opener, "Horizon High," Peter is accepted into Horizon High: a school for geniuses, where his best friend Harry Osborn was just suspended. Peter makes his debut as Spider-Man and must battle the Vulture. Then, Spider-Man must work to stop the Scorpion from wreaking havoc at the museum.

The second season of MARVEL'S SPIDER-MAN premiered on Monday, June 18, 2018 from 6:30-7:30pm ET/PT, as Disney XD debuted back-to-back episodes. The second season finds Peter Parker in his "sophomore year," as he's no longer an inexperienced new superhero nor a brand new student, at the intimidating Horizon High. However, his foes are also no longer inexperienced and his ever-growing Rogue's Gallery is focused on taking Spider-Man down. Picking up where season one left off, the stakes are much higher in Peter's personal life and Spider-Man's Super Hero life. He also must learn how to balance working at "The Daily Bugle" to afford tuition at the prestigious Horizon High while surviving Doc Ock's series of obstacles in an attempt to get rid of Spider-Man once and for all. The action-packed season will continue to touch on Spidey's relatable themes, including friendship, loyalty and heroism while staying true to its signature sense of comedy.

Guest voice cast for Season 3 includes Yvette Nicole Brown as Head Administrator; Sofia Wylie as Ironheart/Riri Williams; and ZOMBIES 2 stars Meg Donnelly, Kylee Russell and Carla Jeffery as Symbiote Sisters Scream, Scorn and Mania, respectively.
