Plot Synopsis

In this half-hour animated spinoff of the SPY KIDS movie franchise, SPY KIDS: MISSION CRITICAL follows Juni and Carmen Cortez must battle the villainous Golden Brain and his evil organization, S.W.A.M.P. -- all without the help of their super-spy parents and other OSS agents, who are out of commission. The series opens with the OSS being compromised, and Gregorio rebooting the Spy Academy to train his kids -- and other junior spies -- to counter Golden Brain's heinous plans. Carmen and Juni must learn to manage the daily rigors of Spy Academy life ... or face the possibility of being expelled! With S.W.A.M.P.'s diabolical plans thwarted, Golden Brain enlists musical mischief maker DJ Otto Tune to lure the spy kids out of the academy.
