Plot Synopsis

STAGED TO PERFECTION is a reality series that follows Meridith Baer, the owner of Meridith Baer Home, and her company's designers, as they stage Los Angeles-area luxury homes to quickly attract the right buyers and get top dollar for the owners. Each 30-minute episode features two homes, including: a huge Tuscan estate in Brentwood that Meridith makes warm and cozy to attract a family; a small newly remodeled modern home in West Hollywood for which designer Brianna needs to maximize space; an old historic Hollywood mansion that designer Lisa Vail stages with a mix of antiques and modern pieces; a small Venice Beach bungalow that designer Phillip makes feel larger by maximizing the open floor plan with eclectic bohemian furnishings; a traditional home in Malibu in which designer Lisa uses rugs and a cohesive color scheme to overcome long narrow rooms; a Spanish style home near Melrose that Meridith and Yari brighten up and tie in the bold blue-trimmed windows; and many more homes in Malibu, Marina Del Rey, and other parts of Los Angeles.
