Plot Synopsis

Created by Loris Kramer Lunsford & Jason Netter and written by Noelle Wright, STARBEAM is a quarter-hour superpowered preschool animated series that centers on 8-year-old Zoey, who has the power to transform into StarBeam, a kid-sized superhero, when the colorful villains come out to play. She saves the day, every day! In the series opener, "Something's Fishy," the greedy Captain Fishbeard is on a mission to steal a shiny bell from City Hall. But Zoey knows you shouldn't take things that don't belong to you. On Friday, April 3, 2020 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released the entire eight-episode first season of STARBEAM.

Season 2 of STARBEAM debuted on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, as Netflix released the entire eight-episode new season. From the selfish Captain Fishbeard to the sullen Miserable Marla, it's up to can-do kid superhero StarBeam to stop all the baddies and save the day. In the season premiere, "Friendsnatcher from Outer Space," mischievous Murps try to snatch a mysterious blue meteorite from the museum, so StarBeam swoops in and learns why they're so desperate to snag it.

On Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released "Halloween Hero," a half-hour STARBEAM Halloween special. Greedy Captain Fishbeard is stealing everybody's Halloween treats for himself, but StarBeam and Boost have some tricks up their sleeves to save the day!

Netflix released the entire nine-episode third season of STARBEAM on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT. In the half-hour season opener, "Springing StarBeam," baddies Todd and Goop team up to ruin Somerset's spring Eggstravaganza, but StarBeam is out to stop them with some help -- all while hunting for eggs!

The 16-episode fourth season dropped on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 on Netflix, with eight new quarter-hour episodes and eight new five-minute episodes. With Boost, Kipper and Gramps by her side, small but mighty StarBeam can solve any problem and stop all the baddies from stirring up trouble in her town!
