Plot Synopsis

In this performance-elimination reality series, 14 aspiring superstars live together in a Los Angeles mansion as they compete for the grand prize -- a contract with Bad Boy Records. Over the course of 10 weeks, the contestants are given hands-on experience in challenges that place them in real-life situations of the music business while they navigate romantic relationships, alliances and arguments within the house. P. Diddy handpicked an elite team of industry heavyweights to groom and judge these hopefuls, including a lineup of celebrity guest judges: Pete Wentz (Fall Out Boy); Nicole Scherzinger (Pussy Cat Dolls); Lady Gaga; Kelly Rowland; and others.
