Plot Synopsis

Actress Tracey Gold helps women face their life-threatening eating disorder by educating them on the emotional and physical dangers of their condition and encouraging them to stay on a path of recovery. In each 60-minute episode, Tracey helps two different women any way she can -- convincing her to stay in treatment, helping her find a job to get treatment, encouraging her to get help for substance abuse, and even offering in-patient treatment. Considered one of the first celebrities to bravely go public with her experience battling anorexia while growing up in front of the camera on GROWING PAINS, Tracey has since become one of the world's most recognized advocates and role models for educating people on the emotional and physical dangers of eating disorders.
