Plot Synopsis

STUCK IN MY STARTER HOME is a one-hour reality series that focuses on homeowners who can't afford to climb the housing ladder to their dream home, but instead discover that a reno can transform their starter house into a livable space. On Monday, October 16, 2023 at 11am ET/PT, HGTV premiered "Old House Reimagined," the series pilot, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time. In the pilot, a couple with two growing kids is ready to reimagine their 100-year-old home that has now become too cramped, dark and uninviting; Tiffany and Nicolas craft a warm, welcoming space that modernizes the space while retaining the home's historical charm.
