Plot Synopsis

SUPER CARS OF THE SUPER RICH is a series of special episodes of SECRET LIVES OF THE SUPER RICH that focus on automobiles and other toys on wheels. Reported by CNBC's Robert Frank, each 30-minute episode features up to eight different vehicles. The first episode, "A $70 Million Collection & The $500K Toy Racetrack," introduces the real estate developer with a $14M private jet designed to exactly match his Porsches and Ferrari; puts the pedal to the metal and speeds around a racetrack in million dollar cars at 200 miles per hour; rides along in a billionaire's rare La Ferrari and hits the road in a $3.4M supercar with diamond-studded headlights; beholds what could be the world's most expensive car that the owner still joyrides; checks out the toy racetrack that sets billionaire boys back $500K; gets behind the wheel of a sexy McLaren you can drive "menage a trois" and checks out the rare Bentley that includes a test drive in the sky. The second episode, "Swedish Supercar & Luxury American Tank," travels to a secret fighter-jet hangar in Sweden where carbon fiber is twisted into one of the fastest super cars ever built; slides across the ice in the ultimate snowmobile -- a half-million dollar Lamborghini; revs up as one man sells his garage full of Ferraris to make room for more super cars; steps into a luxury man-cave decorated with $20M worth of vintage cars; rides along on a $500K gold covered motorcycle; takes the plunge in a $1.5M personal submarine; gets behind the wheel of the most expensive Porsche, is wowed by the smallest Ferrari and Ride shotgun in the ultimate millionaire boy's toy -- a $300K luxury tank.
