Plot Synopsis

From the people responsible for ROBOT CHICKEN, this stop-motion comedy series follows the League of Freedom, a group of hapless superheroes led by Titanium Rex, who struggle to remain significant while living in the same mansion together. This group of irrelevant superheroes includes: Titanium Rex, who has the powers of flight and x-ray vision -- and is so close to learning how to e-mail; American Ranger, who has wings for flight and an eagle eye for spotting trouble -- but needs to find a better way to perform better in bed with his 90-year-old wife; a 28-year-old brooding frisbee-golf player, who never misses with his assortment of throwing disks; 43-year-old Brad, who has incredible strength, augmented musculature, invulnerability, and superhuman lung capacity -- and is usually high; 25-year-old Cooch, who has super-human speed and agility along with razor-sharp claws; and Robobot, a robot with the ability to transform his appendages into any tool. On Thursday, October 8, 2015, Crackle released the first three episodes of SUPERMANSION, and will premiere one new episode each week through December 17, 2015. In the series premiere, the League of Freedom gets called before Congress and investigated by military accountant Sgt. Agony after they damage a national monument. Meanwhile, Black Saturn embarks on a showdown with his nemesis, the Groaner, and Robobot investigates his origins while the team struggles to solve its budget crisis.

The sophomore season of SUPERMANSION premiered Thursday, February 16, 2017 at Crackle, with Titanium Rex continuing his struggles living with and fighting alongside the Millennial-aged, often lackadaisical, members of The League of Freedom. This season the heroes confront villains, invaders and even themselves as they attempt to become trusted champions of Storm City and humanity itself. Yvette Nicole Brown joins the cast for the show's second season, providing the voice of talk show host and former superhero Portia. In the season opener, "Virtual Reality Bites," the League is still in turmoil after Dr. Devizo destroyed the SuperMansion and released all of the villains into Storm City. While American Ranger helps Cooch get over the death of Brad, Titanium Rex and Jewbot must stop a mysterious internet cult from leaking sensitive League information. Crackle will release a new episode each Thursday morning through mid-April.

Season 3 of SUPERMANSION premiered on Monday, May 7, 2018 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, as Crackle released the first episode of the new season. In the third season, the lunatics get the keys to the asylum when Dr. Devizo is declared a hero after "saving the world" at the end of last season. He and the Injustice Club are all made honorary members of the League of Freedom. The heroes and villains must learn to live and work together if they're going to combat the never-ending amount of evil in the world. Breckin Meyer returns as Courtney, and newcomer Mikey Day guest stars on May 14 as Max Penalizer, an anti-hero meting out justice with his Ball Peen Gavel of justice. Plus, Minnie Driver, whose character will debut in the fall, will voice Debbie Devizo, Dr. Devizo's ex-wife and former League of Freedom team member. On Thursday, October 4, 2018 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Crackle released the second part of SUPERMANSION's third season, debuting episodes 8-13. In the mid-season premiere, "Back in Black to the Future," under an evil spell, The League of Freedom is transported to an apocalyptic future where American Ranger rules the U.S. under a dictatorship. While the heroes confront the horrors that await them in this future, they must help Robobot and Future Robobot fix the time machine needed to return home.

On Thursday, April 18, 2019 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Crackle released "Word War Tree -- Earth Day Special," a half-hour SUPERMANSION special. When tree-hugger scientists inadvertently unleash killer sequoia trees, The League must save the world from nature itself. While Rex and Lex go inter-dimensional to beg for Mother Earth's help, Cooch goes on the run with fugitive evergreens and Saturn and Ranger team up to stop mankind's extinction.
