Plot Synopsis

This two-part program follows public health inspectors in Providence, Rhode Island as they tirelessly work to keep the food supply safe from contamination and disease. These inspectors have to visit the darkest corners in some the dirtiest places that serve food -- restaurants, hotels, convenience stores, gas stations, stadium concession stands, public swimming pools and even health clubs.
