Plot Synopsis

Some people dedicate their lives to helping others, and they never consider taking a break themselves. Their loved ones and friends often think they need to set aside their responsibilities and get away from it all -- if only for a short time. In this series, Karen Duffy surprises these people with one-of-a-kind vacations. Amy has seven children and operates Love Without Boundaries, and her best friend takes her on a trip to a private getaway in Scottsdale, Arizona. Ali is a police officer and father figure to at-risk kids, and he's sent to Miami, Florida to enjoy the sites and meet University of Miami football coach Randy Shannon.
