Patissier and master chocolatier Julia Baker, head chef and CEO of Julia Baker Confections, tackles not only sinful desserts, but also demonstrates how to use sweet flavors in savory dishes. In each 30-minute episode of SWEET JULIA, Julia shares her secrets, tips, and tricks for three or four dishes, including: a tower of mini raspberry tarts; salted caramels; chocolate dipped orangettes; lemon curd; pineapple pulled pork tacos; Baked Alaska complete with fireworks; Agave Margaritas; her hometown's famous Cincinnati Chili; Arizona bruschetta; graham cracker toffee; deep fried pastry with dipping ganache; peanut butter mousse with shards of caramelized peanuts; rib-eye steak with a fabulous sweet cocoa rub; a chocolate martini; a three-tiered red velvet cake; Pain perdue with rotisserie chicken; and Chocolate caramel truffles.
