Plot Synopsis

TANKED follows two brothers-in-law, Wayde King and Brett Raymer who are originally from New York, as they operate the Las Vegas-based Acrylic Tank Manufacturing (ATM), which designs and builds tanks and aquariums for top celebrities, luxury hotels, Fortune 500 businesses, private homes and millionaire homeowners. But it's not just about the boys; it's a family affair. They're joined by: Heather, Wayde's wife and Brett's sister; Brett and Heather's father, "The General"; and a motley crew of designers, engineers, installers, cleaners and builders. In this series, ATM tackles projects for clients ranging from casinos and high-profile restaurants to homeowners and churches. In Season 2, the ATM crew dove into the following projects: a jellyfish tank for a sub-freezing bar at Mandalay Bay;a working pinball machine tank; a 650-gallon headboard tank; a mobile school bus tank; a giant nail polish bottle/hand dryer fish tank for a manicure salon; a refrigerator tank with a functional water dispenser; a tank in the shape of the KISS band logo; a shark tank for the home of actor and comedian Tracy Morgan; and builds for other celebrities and notable personalities. TANKED returned for a new season on Friday, March 22, 2013 at 9pm ET/PT, featuring jobs for JACKASS co-creator Jeff Tremaine; the student common area at Saint Leo University; a boutique hotel in New York's Catskill Mountains; the New Jersey headquarters of Spencer's Gifts; Las Vegas hat makers; Fairleigh Dickinson; and many more clients who want outrageous fish tanks. Animal Planet aired a sneak peek episode on Sunday, August 7, 2011 at 11pm ET/PT, before showing the official series premiere on Friday, August 19, 2011 at 9pm ET/PT.

TANKED returned for its fourth season on Friday, March 7, 2014 at 10pm ET/PT on Animal Planet. In the Season 4 premiere, Brett and Wayde were challenged to turn an entire Toyota Highlander into an aquarium while simultaneously opening a new ATM office in South Florida. Meanwhile, Brett decided to turn a vintage slot machine into a tank to bring a little bit of Vegas to South Florida. After a four-month break,

TANKED returned with new episodes on Friday, May 29, 2015 at 10pm ET/PT on Animal Planet, immediately following a brand-new one-hour special (9pm) and an all-day marathon of encore episodes(9am-9pm). At 10pm, the action gets underway as Wayde and Brett are summoned to Hollywood to meet with AMERICA'S GOT TALENT judge Howie Mandel who is thinking of adding a unique fish tank in his production company's office. With tons of ideas swimming in his head, the fast-talking funnyman hires them to design a tank that reflects his energy, thoughts and creativity. Challenged with Mandel's vision and a restricted space for the tank, the guys believe they have come up with an award-winning design and just hope they get Howie's vote. Earlier in the night at 9pm, Brett & Wayde look back on their favorite moments from past seasons. In this one-hour special, they come face to face with one of their biggest clients -- Emmy award winning comedian Tracy Morgan. In later weeks, TANKED features Dwight Howard, Marshawn Lynch, Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias, Jeff Dunham, and more.

After a three-month break, TANKED returned with new episodes on Friday, September 18, 2015 at 10pm ET/PT shortly after an all-day marathon (Noon-9pm) of encore episodes. In the fall premiere, "The Hoff Gets Tanked," ATM is buzzing after news that international mega-star David Hasselhoff wants a tank. As an avid diver David would love a shark tank in his home, but after an inspirational visit to the Aquarium of the Pacific, they get some bad news. In subsequent episodes, Wayde and Brett design custom aquariums for Shaquille O'Neal, Penn & Teller, Bill Engvall, Nathan Morris of the R&B group Boyz II Men, Guns N' Roses' DJ Ashba, and more.

Animal Planet premiered a new season of TANKED on Friday, September 23, 2016 at 10pm ET/PT. In the season opener, "Fish Flop Hip Hop," Wayde and Brett are building two centerpiece tanks for hip-hop megastar Akon's new dream house. Everything must be perfect before Akon can move in. Will they get the job done or will their own dreams of hip-hop stardom derail Akon's dream build?

On Friday, April 21, 2017 at 10pm ET/PT, Animal Planet premiered a new season of TANKED. This season, Wayde and Brett are challenged by intricate designs, demanding clients and of course, making the impossible possible. After designing thousands of jaw-dropping aquariums, they still approach each tank with the enthusiasm as if it was their first. The season opener, "Tank of Jericho," features WWE superstar and aquarium aficionado Chris Jericho, who has passed his love of fish to his three kids who are thrilled to have a hand in the design. In this episode, aquatic champions Brett and Wayde to make it happen, and asks for a replica championship belt and List of Jericho in the tank. Will they be victorious or put on the List? Other guests in the new season include: Return client NBA player Dwight Howard calls on his favorite tank builders to create a new home for his two beloved snakes who also made the trade from Houston to Atlanta. The challenge? Mickey and Minnie have doubled in size and now have 14 babies. Another mother requesting an aquarium is actor Alyssa Milano who wants a sleek, and more importantly, quiet, tank to match her sophisticated Hollywood style. Plus, the guys build chart-topping tanks for musicians Wyclef Jean and Ty Dolla $ign while director Kevin Smith calls on them to build a home for his quickly growing red-eared slider turtles. Wayde and Brett are also commissioned by Zappos, the online shoe retailer, to create the ultimate rejuvenation station for their employees with reclining massage chairs nestled in a fish-surrounded alcove, and worldwide computer company Samtec, to design and install a 5,000-gallon saltwater aquarium for their headquarters. Local Las Vegas businesses that specialize in laundry and eyewear also call on the guys to help make their locations stand apart from the competition.

Animal Planet premiered a new season of TANKED on Friday, November 2, 2018 from 9-11pm ET/PT, debuting back-to-back new episodes. In the season opener (9pm), "The Wonderful Dr. Oz Tank," health expert Dr. Oz wants to add to his family! He already has chickens, bees, a cat, and a dog so why not add some fish to the mix? This aquarium will include an Oz-themed interior that will have the fish swimming down the yellow brick road. In the night's second episode (10pm), "Wildfire Rescue Tribute Tank," Coddingtown Center in Santa Rosa have tasked the guys with a very special tank! To kick off their new remodel, they want Wayde and Brett to make a tank that pays respects to the heroes that helped the area during the recent wildfires.
