Plot Synopsis

Comedian and actor Greg Davies stars as the Taskmaster and issues simple comedic and bizarre tasks to five regular contestants -- usually comedians -- with Alex Horne acting as Davies' assistant and as umpire during the challenges. The tasks -- usually performed in isolation, but occasionally in teams -- are designed to encourage the players to think laterally and creatively. TASKMASTER had its U.S. debut on Sunday, August 2, 2020 at 9pm ET/PT, as The CW debuted the Season 8 premiere. In this episode, "Hello," contestants take on hilarious challenges, including Baby Monitors, Powerful Smells and Seductive Dummies.
