Plot Synopsis

TASTE OF THE BORDER is a culinary docuseries that follows Chef Claudia Sandoval, as she explores the food and culture along the 1,954-mile US-Mexico border. As she eats her way through a food road map and explores often-overlooked border towns, she discovers the blending of flavors and cultures -- as well as other unexpected influences. On Thursday, May 5, 2022, discovery+ released four 40-minute episodes of TASTE OF THE BORDER.
