TELL ME THAT YOU LOVE ME is a drama series about an artist who speaks with his hands and an actress who listens with her heart. Since he lost his hearing as a kid, artist Cha Jin-woo has gotten used to his solitary life. One day, an aspiring actress Jung Mo-eun, enters his quiet daily routine.
