Plot Synopsis

Using firsthand accounts from the participants and archival footage and photographs, THE TERROR MATRIX relives key moments of historic terrorist events. Each one-hour episode focuses on a different encounter, including: "Raid at Entebbe," which was a 1976 counter-terrorist, hostage-rescue mission at Entebbe Airport in Uganda, carried out by the Special Forces of the Israel Defense Forces; "Secrets of the IRA," which reached a turning point as civilians were deliberately targeted in the Irish Republican Army's "long war" against the British; and other episodes like "Target Paris" and "Bin Laden's First Strike."
