Plot Synopsis

THAT'S FRESH: FOR KIDS is a short-form cooking series for kids, hosted by Chef Helen Cavallo, who prepares simple and nutritious recipes (that require no sharp objects or cooking) so that young viewers at home can safely assist their parents or caregivers. Featured recipes -- which meet Disney Nutrition Guidelines that limit calories, saturated fat, sodium and sugar -- include: Veggie Rolls; Fruit Kabobs; Trail Mix; Berry Pops; DOC MCSTUFFINS' No-Bake Muffins; and much more.
