Plot Synopsis

Jackie Warner's mission is to change lives through healthy habits, and in this series she kicks butt and inspires drastic lifestyle changes for her overweight clients who are struggling to lose weight and get healthy for good. Instead of sending these people to a weight-loss camp or facility, she works with them in their real lives surrounded by the everyday distractions and stresses of family and work, making the chances for long-term success greater. Jackie checks their progress during group therapy and weekly weigh-ins and is even willing to ambush them at their homes, work or when they're out socializing. Warner's eight clients include a cocktail loving "life adviser," a stand up comedian who uses humor to deflect attention from her weight, an independent film producer who hides food from his boyfriend, and even an ex-"Housewife" and former Playmate center fold.
