Plot Synopsis

An hour-long documentary-style reality series from Morgan Spurlock, the director of the fast food expose 'Super Size Me.' '30 Days' plants an individual into a lifestyle that is completely different from his or her upbringing, beliefs, religion or profession. For example, in the pilot Spurlock and his girlfriend try to live on minimum wage. He also spends a month working in a coal mine. In another episode a Christian insurance salesman from West Virginia lives with a Muslim family in Michigan.
