Broadcast on NBC Sports Regional Networks each Tuesday (check local listings) during the National Football League (NFL) season, 3 AND OUT is a 30-minute football analysis and debate program that features host Kelli Johnson from Comcast SportsNet (CSN) Houston and rotating roster of panelists from their own hometowns, including regular appearances by: CSN Mid-Atlantic's Brian Mitchell, the voice of former players; CSN New England's Mike Felger, the voice of fans; and CSN Bay Area's Ray Ratto, the voice of seasoned journalists.
