Plot Synopsis
"Three Rivers" follows an organ transplant team at Three Rivers Regional Medical Center, showing the emotionally complex lives of organ donors, the recipients and the surgeons. Dr. Andy Yablonski leads the elite team which deals with donor families in their darkest hour and manages the fears and concerns of apprehensive recipients.
