Plot Synopsis

THRONE BOXING is a series of Roc Nation Sports boxing events broadcast live on BET, with up to nine events planned from June 2015 through the end of 2016. In addition to the action inside the ring, the telecasts also feature a live musical performance and a name DJ. The first event features WBA Super Middleweight World Champion Andre "S.O.G." Ward (27-0, 14 KOs) facing former World Title Challenger Paul "Real Gone Kid" Smith (35-5, 20 KOs) of England in a 12-round bout on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 10pm ET/7pm PT live from Oracle Arena in Oakland, CA, with Nipsey Hussle taking to the ring for a special performance prior to the main event, which is hosted by Sway Calloway with the help of hit master DJ Franzen.
