Plot Synopsis

Tom Kerridge, the only chef in the UK to run a pub with two Michelin stars, shows viewers how to cook dishes inspired by British pub classics. Throughout this series, Tom visits some of his favorite suppliers, as well as some pubs in the country that are pushing the boundaries when it comes to food. Each 30-minute episode of TOM KERRIDGE'S PROPER PUB FOOD focuses on a different theme, including outdoor classics, Sunday lunches, pub classics, and food for friends. Cooking Channel aired the U.S. premiere of series on October 4, 2014 at 11:30am ET/8:30am PT.
