Plot Synopsis

TRANSFORMERS: EARTHSPARK is a half-hour animated series that focuses on Terrans, the first Earthborn Transformers, who spark to life and forge an alliance with the Malto family and Autobots, uniting them in a shared mission. The story opens with Robby having trouble adjusting after their family's big move to the rural town of Witwicky, until he and his sister, Mo, discover the first-ever Earthborn Transformers. As the Malto family get used to its new members, Bumblebee quickly learns that his mission to train the Terrans won't be as easy as he thought. The first 10 episodes of TRANSFORMERS: EARTHSPARK dropped on Friday, November 11, 2022 on Paramount+, with the one-hour series opener making its linear television debut later the same day at 4pm ET/PT on Nickelodeon.

After a four-month break, TRANSFORMERS: EARTHSPARK returned with eight new episodes on Friday, March 3, 2023 on Paramount+. In these new episodes, the Terrans continue to uncover their powers while they learn to protect themselves against G.H.O.S.T. Twitch, Thrash and the rest of the Malto family will continue to learn what it means to be a Transformers robot, what it means to be human and ultimately what it means to be a family. Making their debut in the series are Keith David as Grimlock, Alfie Alan as Tarantulas and Roger Craig Smith as Breakdown.

Two days earlier -- on Wednesday March 1 -- Paramount+ announced that it renewed TRANSFORMERS: EARTHSPARK for a second season.
