Plot Synopsis

TREEHOUSE MASTERS: OUT ON A LIMB is a series of enhanced episodes of TREEHOUSE MASTERS, with Pete Nelson sharing behind-the-build stories, treehouse tips, and much more. TREEHOUSE MASTERS is a one-hour reality series that follows Pete, as he and his crew travel across America to design and build treehouses for clients who want everything from a simple, one-room loft to a multi-bedroom arboreal home complete with functional plumbing and electricity. For the past 25 years -- the first 15 of which he designed and built single-family residential projects in Seattle -- Pete has firmly staked his claim to the title of "The Treehouse Guy," and his company, Nelson Treehouse and Supply, now annually builds 10-15 treehouses across the United States. In this series, Pete and his crew -- including his 21-year-old son, Charlie; foreman Daryl McDonald; lead carpenter Chuck McClellan; and rigger Alex Meyer -- must endure Mother Nature's shifty antics, dangerous construction equipment and dizzying heights in order to build these sanctuaries.
