Plot Synopsis

Told from the perspective of the Trojan family at the heart of the siege, this one-hour scripted series is an epic story of love, intrigue, betrayal and belonging. Following a fateful encounter with the gods, the life of young herdsman Paris changes forever. At the Troy city games he discovers something extraordinary about himself. Searching for the woman promised to him by Aphrodite, Paris learns his true identity, and then, when he embarks on a trip to Sparta as a guest of Menelaus and Helen, he falls in love. When word of the affair spreads, the Greeks gather an army for a face-saving mission to Troy. But Artemis demands a steep sacrifice to allow the voyage. Hoping to secure much-needed food and supplies from his royal father-in-law, Hector sets off on a risky journey to Cilicia, taking Paris with him. Then, Helen's slip during her encounter with Achilles brings devastating consequences.
