Plot Synopsis

TRUE & THE RAINBOW KINGDOM is a half-hour comedy adventure animated series for preschoolers that centers on True, the guardian of the magical Rainbow Kingdom, and her best friend, Bartleby the cat, as they use ingenuity and creative thinking to solve problems big and small, and bring harmony and love to all. In the series opener, "Super Duper Dance Party," True and Bartleby team up to get a dejected DJ back in the groove after Grizelda shakes his confidence on the day of the Rainbow King's dance party. The series is based on artwork by the Friends With You fine art collective and its positive messages of Magic, Luck, and Friendship. On Friday, August 11, 2017 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released the 10-episode first season of TRUE & THE RAINBOW KINGDOM.

On Friday, May 3, 2019 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released the four-episode second season of TRUE & THE RAINBOW KINGDOM. During the new season, subtitled MUSHROOM TOWN, do-gooding True can solve any problem, from a runaway boaty-float to a sideways sleepover -- and a sticky mess at her very own birthday party! In the season opener, "Where's Cumulo?," True didn't mean to hurt Cumulo's feelings! But now the little cloud is in hiding -- and she's nowhere to be found when the Rainbow Kingdom needs her.

Netflix released five episodes of TRUE & THE RAINBOW KINGDOM: WILD WILD YETIS, the third season of the series. This season, True uses wishes to solve problems for her sweet and furry Yeti friends while learning about their habits and traditions. In the season opener, "Itty Bitty Yeti," a Birdaloo tells True and Bartleby that a baby Yeti is about to be born. But when word gets out, the kingdom goes wild -- and only a wish can fix it.

On Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released "Winter Wishes," a 45-minute TRUE special. An ice crystal from a frosty realm is freezing everything in the Rainbow Kingdom, its citizens too! Can True save Winter Wishfest -- and her friends?

Netflix released "Wuzzle Wegg Day," a 25-minute TRUE special on Friday, March 27, 2020 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT. Spring has sprung in Rainbow City, and Wuzzle Wegg Day is right around the corner! But Bartleby's convinced that a Wegg-stealing monster is on the loose.
