Plot Synopsis

TURNER & HOOCH centers on Scott Turner, son of Det. Scott Turner portrayed by Tom Hanks in the 1989 film of the same name. In this digital series, Scott is an ambitious, buttoned-up US Marshal who inherits a big unruly dog, and he soon realizes the dog he didn't want may be the partner he needs. Scott is surrounded by: Jessica Baxter, his brave, street-smart partner; Xavier Wilson, a cool, enigmatic marine-turned-US Marshal; Chief James Mendez, his boss with a secret soft spot for Scott's new dog, Hooch; Laura Turner, his sweet, animal-loving sister; Matthew Garland, Laura's dog-loving son; and Erica Mounir, the quirky head of the US Marshals dog training program. Five French Mastiffs also star as Hooch, Scott's slobbery, loveable French Mastiff. The first episode of TURNER & HOOCH dropped on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 on Disney+, with a new episode debuting each Wednesday through October 6.
