Plot Synopsis

Twelve jurors -- ordinary people with struggles of their own -- must decide the case of school director Frie Palmers, a woman who is accused of killing her best friend 18 years ago and her own 2-year-old daughter. After the 12 jurors are chosen and as the trial gets underway, a detective faces intense questioning, and police missteps come to light. Leaked news creates divisions within the jury. Chief Inspector Pascual's zealous testimony paints a bleak picture of Frie's mental stability. THE TWELVE had its U.S. premiere on Friday, July 10, 2020 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, as Netflix released the entire 10-episode series.
