Plot Synopsis

UNANCHORED is a one-hour reality series that follows eight best friends and their captain aboard a 56-foot catamaran, as they set sail for three weeks in the Bahamas. Led by their larger-than-life skipper, Captain Jack Royds, the crew -- best-friends Barrett Young, Chelsi Pugliese, Danielle McNeil, Evan Tauber, Korey Warzala, Max Craddock, Rachel McGowan and Vanessa Cavanaugh -- attend one of the most coveted and exclusive "floating festivals," called "The BucketLust" where 350 people and 35 catamarans set sail to breath-taking locales throughout the Bahamas. On this annual trip, these friends jump in feet first by taking on all the work of the crew -- from hoisting their own sails and tending the lines, to managing 100% of the cooking and cleaning. Every day brings a new stunning view and a thrilling excursion as they take dips with stingrays and swimming pigs, ride rocket-power jet boards and spend their nights partying until dawn. But it's not always smooth sailing for this group, as friendships are put to the test, long-distance couples are forced to see if their romance can survive 24/7 togetherness and fiery exes try to coexist peacefully during their voyage. Between hidden jealousies and buried secrets, there's no shortage of drama with these friends as pent-up conflict between the crew finally comes to a head. For these wanderlusters, everyday life is flat, uninspiring and tolerable for only one reason: it allows them to travel the world together and party in spectacular locations a few times per year. Bravo debuts new episodes of UNANCHORED on back-to-back nights every Monday and Tuesday at 10pm ET/PT.

In the series opener, "Bon Voyage," nine close friends put their successful careers on pause to sail the Bahamas for an epic three-week adventure. Barrett and Danielle test their relationship as they take their first trip as an official couple, while Vanessa flaunts a new flame to make ex-boyfriend Max jealous. Meanwhile, the group must adjust to their new skipper, Captain Jack, who makes a strong statement with his rules of running a tight ship.

On Monday, December 31, 2018 at 10pm ET/PT, Bravo premiered the season finale of UNANCHORED. In the season ender, "Return to Reality," Captain Jack and his crew say farewell to their friends on Boat Two, then spend a dreamy final day in the Bahamas, complete with jet-surfing, scuba scooters... and trying to mend some broken relationships. Rachel attempts to apologize to Danielle for betraying her trust, while Captain Jack makes a heartfelt pledge to the future of the group's friendship. And just as Vanessa says an emotional goodbye to Max and their Bahamian fling, Max stuns everyone with a giant romantic gesture.
