Plot Synopsis

UNCENSORED is a one-hour docuseries that dives deep into the lives of pop culture figures with the secrets, stories and scoop from the icons themselves. They speak directly and candidly about their personal triumphs and successes, the obstacles and challenges they have faced, and the pivotal moments that have shaped their lives and careers. No topic is off limits as they discuss issues relevant to today's national dialogue such as race relations, drugs and violence, and sexual harassment. The series opener features Tiffany Haddish, who might seem like she's living the good life as comedy's newest it-girl, but the talented comedienne's life wasn't always so charmed. Even before she was a teenager, Tiffany dealt with everything from teen bullying, to being in a nearly fatal car accident with her family that caused her mother to suffer brain trauma, to being put in foster care away from the rest of her siblings. Despite this, Tiffany persisted in her comedy career dreams and is proving to Hollywood that it's her time now. Subsequent episodes in the first season highlight the lives of Tamar Braxton (Feb 25), Rick Ross (Mar 4), Nia Long (Mar 11), Charlamagne Tha God (Mar 18), Le'Andria Johnson (Mar 25), NeNe Leakes (Apr 8), LaLa Anthony (Apr 15), and Snoop Dogg (Apr 22).

Season 2 of UNCENSORED premiered on Sunday, October 7, 2018 at 10pm ET/PT on TV One. The season opener features Nick Cannon, who was raised on two coasts and grew up balancing the gangs of San Diego with his father's ministry in North Carolina. Eager to escape the risk of the streets, he recognized his call to entertainment at an early age and spoke his success quickly into existence. Embracing an early achieved bubblegum persona, he works behind the scenes creating opportunities and jobs for comedians and entertainers -- his largest success is Wild N Out for MTV and his influence and talent reaching much farther than he is given credit for. Subsequent episodes in the second season feature: R&B singer K. Michelle (Oct 14); actress Tichina Arnold (Oct 21); and actor & comedian Lil Rel (Oct 28).

UNCENSORED returned with new episodes on Sunday, March 3, 2019 at 10pm ET/PT on TV One. The popular show UNCENSORED resumes for its second season and explores the private lives of some of today's most notable personalities including comedian/radio host DL Hughley, American Idol Fantasia, legendary hip-hop producer Jermaine Dupri, actress Tasha Smith, reality TV star Tami Roman, actress/singer Naturi Naughton, the reigning king of urban gospel Kirk Franklin and singer/songwriter Ne-Yo.
After a five-month break, UNCENSORED returned with new episodes on Sunday, October 6, 2019 at 9pm ET/PT on TV One. This new batch of episodes spotlight Tisha Campbell, Tyra Banks, LisaRaye McCoy, Niecy Nash, Lamar Odom and more.
