Plot Synopsis

UNCONDEMNED is a 30-minute reality series that follows a group of neighbors in Knoxville, TN, who join together to save a 100-year-old condemned house on their block from ruin and sell it to a home buyer and new neighbor. The Cornelia Street team, even though each member had some experience renovating and transforming homes, are finding this project particularly challenging from the get-go, as they race against the clock to get the house ready for the first inspection visit. Then, this homemaker, high-school math teacher and CFO find themselves on scaffolds and in the attic, while worrying about tile floors, power hookups, and exterior paint to keep the project on schedule. When a potential buyer joins the mix, it causes problems in the team's decision-making process, stretching the schedule and budget, while wearing down morale. As the open house approaches, the team works around the clock, the potential buyer continues to cause friction, and the head contractor has a streak of bad luck. What will the Cornelia Street team do when it's finally time to decide whether or not to accept the potential buyer's offer?
