Plot Synopsis

Vampires exist. Here, among us. Today in Paris, the family of Martha Radescu lives underground. But when Doina, 16, turns out to be a new kind of vampire, their fragile balance explodes. Half human half vampire, Doina learns to live with her dual nature. During the day, she becomes a danger to her friends. At night, it is coveted, and she's pursued by a secret vampire community fascinated by its uniqueness.
