Plot Synopsis

First half hour of the two-hour programming block called DON'T BE A VICTIM, which is comprised of four 30-minute, 13-episode series that teach personal defense and empower viewers. WHAT IF? shows how things could have been different if the victims and/or bystanders involved were trained and prepared to defend themselves.
