The first season of the Netflix original series focuses on a mysterious woman's lucrative, but dubious offer to a cash-strapped pair of San Francisco newlyweds. Desperate to secure funding for her med tech startup, an idealistic scientist and her husband strike an outrageous deal with this mysterious investor: a night with Sean in exchange for funding Lisa's startup. All 10 episodes of WHAT/IF were released on Friday, May 24, 2019 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT on Netflix.
