Plot Synopsis

WHAT'S ON THE MENU? is a hidden-camera game show in which restaurant guests attempt a series of outrageous challenges without tipping off the other guests, while receiving instructions from the maitre d' in an earpiece. Each contestant has the opportunity to complete five challenges -- including everything from eating off other diners' plates to harassing the wait staff -- with the prize money increasing after every challenge. Contestants win cash if they successfully complete at least two tests without tipping off the other guests. Food Network aired the series pilot on Friday, November 16, 2012 at 11pm ET.
