Plot Synopsis

Created by Park Shin-woo and Seo Suk-hyang, WHEN THE STARS GOSSIP is an Earth-to-space K-romance, where an astronaut and a space tourist entangle only to start falling for each other -- even though they're from two different worlds and with separate missions. The series explores love, trust, and human connection in a world where every resource is precious, and emotions run deep. Gong Ryong is an OB-GYN-turned-space-tourist with a secret mission, whose journey is as mysterious as it is thrilling. Commander Eve Kim is a no-nonsense perfectionist leading her first space mission, but her unflinching professionalism faces new challenges as the stakes soar. They're joined by: Kang Kang-su, a thrill-seeking scientist studying fruit flies while escaping the mundane; Choi Go-eun, the ambitious heiress to MZ Group and Gong Ryong's dazzlingly independent girlfriend; a veteran astronaut; an Earth-bound mission chief; twin sisters with opposing personalities; and more.
