Plot Synopsis

A single dad's adult children search for a new bride for their father. Twelve women -- 13 in Season 2 -- compete against each other in a series of elimination challenges in which the children eliminate the women who will not be their future stepmom. The competition continues until only two women remain, and the children decide which one is the bride-to-be. At the end of each season, the father proposed and the woman accepted. In Season 1, the children chose Christina Ferren for their father Don Mueller, but Don and Christina later broke up because of geographic issues -- although Don later admitted to going on the show to "spend three weeks of my life with my kids as adults." In Season 2, the children chose Stacy Leutner for their father Marty Okland.
