Plot Synopsis

Property owners hire Todd Howard, a former Marine and property management expert, and his team of eviction specialists -- wife Randye and business partner Rick Moore -- to keep tabs on over 150 residential, commercial, and retail units in San Diego County. Called to mediate the world's most dangerous and bizarre conflicts between landlords and their unruly tenants, Todd sees the front door of the most despicable, dirty, outrageous, dangerous, and insane tenants and never knows what to expect -- or what kind of story will play out on the other side. In 1996, Todd was introduced to property management by his future business partner, Rick, after selling him his home. Soon after the two started their San Diego County based business. Rick settled in San Diego County in 1989 and began buying real estate, with his communication company evolving into a full-on construction company that only built properties, and then starting a new business with Todd in 1996. Shortly after marrying Todd in 1993, Randye left her career as a headhunter to move to Oceanside, CA, with Todd, and has served as the group's mediator and expert in procedural codes involving landlord/tenant rights. Season 2, consisting of 10 half-hour episodes, premiered on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at 10pm ET/PT, even more intense and bizarre situations, including: dealing with a billionaire leasing an auto track for his wealthy friends; investigating a foreclosure unit with an armed squatter; shutting down an illegal hotel set up in what used to be a hospital morgue; and a tenant refusing to pay rent because they believe their mansion is haunted.
