Plot Synopsis
Based on 1996 novel. A biologist, hoping to find a genetic basis for criminal behavior, studies twins who were raise separately. She makes the mistake of falling in love with one of her research subjects, a law student whose twin brother is a convicted killer. The student is accused of raping her lab technician but he maintains his innocence and evidence implicates a cloned ''third twin''and maybe a fourth. The ''evil twins'' are the mastermind of a mad geneticist.
