Plot Synopsis

Based on the book Acceptance: A Novel, By Susan Coll. A gifted high school senior struggles to cope with the pressure of applying to her dream colleges. Adding to the stress; her parents are on the verge of divorce and her mother is focused on her getting into a top college so she can find a suitable husband. Her best friends, also vying for admission to the best schools, are not above going to extremes themselves in order to secure their admission. Mother and daughter collide when the teen chooses a lower ranked college and trying to remain sane as they navigate the highly competitive process of college admissions.
