Plot Synopsis

In 1831, on the eve of Halloween, the villagers of Hollow Glen engage in an annual festival where they toss all their diseased crops into the blazing fire, in hopes of blessing them with an abundant field for the next year. But one couple takes the ritual too far when they throw their sickly, deformed child into the fire. Out of the ash arises something so evil, so monstrous that the town is forever cursed. This creature is known as "The Goblin." Now present day, Halloween is nearing yet again when surly teenager Nikki and her family arrive in Hollow Glen for a weekend getaway. But little do they know that the legend that has scared new families off for decades isn't just a childish folklore. They soon discover that the story of the "Goblin" is real and he is after blood. As the creature stalks in the shadows of Hollow Glen, it's not long before Nikki finds out that what he is really after is her baby half-brother, Nathan and he will kill anything that gets in his way. A horrified Nikki sees her family slaughtered and realizes that her brother is now missing. She must race against time to track down Nathan in hopes that he may still be alive.
