Plot Synopsis

United States Postal Inspectors are assigned to case of a man whose credit cards and identity have been stolen by a man who was involved in a fatal traffic accident. They soon determined the unidentified deceased man had drained the accounts of the victim by using the information on discarded credit applications. Things escalate when the Inspectors uncover evidence to prove the deceased man has a murderous past and is on the trail of his next victim. With few leads they must close the case before he murders again.
